The ice breaker covered by the registration fees will take place at the ‘Staatlicher Hofkeller Würzburg’, one of the oldest wineries in the world. Founded in 1128, it is situated in the cellars of the world heritage site of the Residence and has harboured more than 30 generations of winemakers. A variety of Franconian wines and non-alcohol beverages will be served, together with traditional plates with hearty bread meals.
The conference dinner will be hosted by the Bürgerspital Weinstuben, a traditional Franconian wine tavern and restaurant, situated in the centre of Würzburg. The conference dinner fee covers a selection of vegan, vegetarian and traditional meals as well as the beverages.
