Travel grant
ECR travel grants
We will provide a limited number of travel grants for early career researchers, supported by the sponsors. Please note that awarded values are normally limited to 300 € in order to support as many attendees as possible.
To be eligible for a travel grant, you must fulfil the following conditions:
- Enrolled as a PhD student or received your PhD just recently.
- Presenting a talk or poster as first author
How to apply
To apply for a travel grant, register on-line and submit your abstract. After finishing the registration process, please contact the local organization committee (xim5@plant-ecology.de) and provide a short CV and a motivation letter describing your study/career in plant hydraulics.
Notification
The local conference organizers will notify the applicants by end of May, whether they have been chosen to receive financial assistance and how much will be paid.
Reimbursements
Reimbursement are only possible on provision of receipt(s): Please provide receipts (travel and hotel tickets), as well as your bank details.
